| WINEMAKING |
| 20% Raisins and 30% botrytis present – both sought after for this style of wine.
The destemmed grapes were given overnight skin contact . After fermentation was stopped with cooling and filtration the juice was drawn off and this went to our regular Riesling. The skins, raisins and the botrytis were then soaked and pressed with that this wine was born.
